Spiritual Growth
Growing in Faith.
Living with purpose.
Spiritual growth is an important part of the LSCA experience. Through worship, Scripture, prayer, Christian teaching, and relationships with teachers and classmates, students are encouraged to deepen their faith and put it into practice each day.
Faith Woven Into Everyday Life
Faith at LSCA extends beyond a single class or weekly gathering. Christian values are woven throughout the school day as students learn, build relationships, face challenges, and discover the gifts God has given them.
Our goal is to help students grow not only in knowledge, but also in character, wisdom, and faith as they prepare for the lives God has called them to lead.
Weekly Chapel
Each week, students come together for chapel—a dedicated time for worship, Scripture, prayer, and spiritual encouragement.
Chapel gives our school community an opportunity to step away from the normal classroom routine, focus together on God’s Word, and consider how biblical truth applies to everyday life.
Worship
Coming together as a school community to praise and honor God.
God’s Word
Learning from Scripture and discovering how its truth applies to our lives.
Prayer & Reflection
Taking time to pray, reflect, and continue growing in our relationship with God.
Growing Together in Faith
Spiritual growth also happens through the relationships students build each day. LSCA strives to create a community where students are known, encouraged, and challenged to grow alongside one another.
Through relationships with teachers and classmates, students are encouraged to support others, develop Christ-centered character, recognize their God-given gifts, and put their faith into practice.
But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
